Design & Feasibility
After the primary residence is sited, we begin by sketching spatial relationships and exploring potential built forms. To aid in quickly visualising the project, we create mood boards that suggest a material palette and architectural style for your home.
During the concept design and development stages, we delve deeper into scale, form, and functionality producing detailed plans, perspectives, and a Virtual Building Tour, for each formal concept. For projects of larger or more complex scope, we work collaboratively with interior and landscape designers, engineers, and private planners.
Planning & Approvals
Navigating planning requirements and approvals can be complex. We assess local planning controls, site conditions, and consultant inputs early to ensure the project remains aligned with regulatory requirements.
Nu Creative Design prepares the required documentation, manages the planning submission process where required, and liaises with relevant authorities to support a smooth approval pathway. This structured approach helps reduce delays and ensures the design intent remains consistent from concept through to construction.
Construction Documentation
Clear, coordinated documentation prepared for approvals, tendering, and construction. Our drawings are developed with buildability, consultant integration, and on-site clarity in mind, ensuring key decisions are resolved on paper before construction begins.
The documentation package includes detailed plans, schedules, and supporting information required for pricing, approvals, and building certification. We coordinate with relevant consultants throughout the process to ensure the design intent is accurately translated into a complete, build-ready set of documents.
Rendered Presentation
High-quality visual presentations developed to clearly communicate the design intent before construction begins. These renderings provide a realistic preview of the building form, materials, and spatial character, helping refine decisions and confirm the overall design direction.
By visualising key elements such as finishes, lighting, and architectural details, rendered presentations allow clients, consultants, and builders to share a clear understanding of the final outcome - reducing uncertainty and minimising costly changes during construction.
Administration & Site Reporting
Construction is where documentation meets reality. Our Contract Admin and Site Reporting services provide oversight during the build to ensure the project is delivered in line with the design documentation and contract terms.
We liaise with the builder, respond to construction queries, review variations, and provide design clarification where required. Scheduled site inspections and reporting allow us to monitor progress, track key milestones, and review cost variations to help maintain alignment with the project scope and budget.
